About Me

Hey YOU! I am so happy you are here!
My name is McKenzie Grace and I am a Nashville based performer & teacher. Born and raised in South Carolina, educated in New York and now currently figuring it all out with lots of other 20-something friends here in Nashville.
I have an Associates Degree in Musical Theatre Performance from The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, where I trained under the coolest people ever and worked my ass off sometimes 10 hours a day for two years then graduated in the inaugural class of the theatre program. *shoutout NYCDA ily*
Starting in middle school however, before I could start private lessons, I was still learning from the best of the best; the voice lessons of listening to Kelli O'Hara on repeat and doing my best to recreate those beautiful sounds, the dance school of watching Gene Kelley in Singin in the Rain and tapping my toes along since the second I could stand, and the constant acting masterclass of looking up in awe at the passionate people giving showstopping performances at our incredible local theatres.
(SUPPORT LOCAL THEATRE!)
Not to get all sappy on you, since we just met and all, but I have been doing musicals since I was 11 years old & have always known that theatre is and would forever be what I love most in this world.
It captured my heart QUICK and has never let go, the love has simply evolved. It feels like yesterday I was that 11 year old girl doing her first show (South Pacific!) but lo and behold, here I am in 2025, a professional performer and teacher. What a JOY!!!
Anyway, I say all of that to say, thanks for stopping by and if you need a golden age loving, tap dance obsessed, loud, vegetarian, 5'10 Disney Princess with raging ADHD in your next show, I am the girl for you!
Cast me, I'll bring snacks!
